  • Chie Nie Tsang Abdominal Massage

    This deep abdominal massage brings blood flow, extra cellular fluids and movement to the organs, colon and small intestines. Inflammatory gut issues can be greatly reduced with this treatment. Symptoms such as IBS, leaky gut, bloating, constipation, low back pain and abdominal cramping are often greatly relieved with this work. If you have any stagnant gut energy or deep stuck emotions lying in the abdomen this treatment will gently move things along and bring renewed energy into the vital organs and the digestive system.

  • Womb Lifting - Hands On Womb Care

    This traditional Thai treatment has been passed down from Mothers to Daughters weaving intimately with their midwifery practices and lifelong female health care. This session is a sacred space meant to strengthen the connection between the Womb and the Spirit and between the womb, the mind and the heart. The Uterus is central to women’s health and should be treated so. This session is rooted in the belief that women’s health includes menstrual and uterine health.

    This treatment is used for centering the uterus back to its right place in relationship to the organs and toning the ligaments on which the uterus is suspended in the abdominal cavity. Women who experience amenorrhea, menorrhagia (extreme heavy or light periods), clots in the menstrual blood, sharp cramping, premenstrual back pain, infertility, and more should consider this this treatment.

    INFERTILITY has been the main focus of this treatment in my practice. A handful of women that were experiencing infertility prior to receiving this treatment all conceived the ovulation cycle after they received the treatment. Two of those women were using IVF and successfully implanted after receiving the Womb Lifting after 2 failed implantations prior to receiving the treatment.     This treatment last between 2-3 hours to allow for processing of somato-emotional experiences that may arise and to leave time for acquaintance and integration.

    If you’re unfamiliar with SI techniques, starting with this session can give you an idea of the quality and goal of this work. SI works with the fascial body, it is deep, slow work that reorganizes the fascial connective tissue matrix of the body to allow more ease in structure, movement and existence.

  • 3 Series

    This is a package of the first 3 sessions of the 10 series. Giving the whole body attention and reorganization . All of the work in these 3 sessions are within the superficial fascia, and give the body a sense of verticality and depth as well as illuminating underlying structural patterns that pull the body out of alignment.

    This is the complete Rolf 10 series. We will address the body head to toe, analyze the body’s habits in movement, study the subtle body, and re-educate the tissue. We will focus on restoring your awareness, your choice, and your trust - in your body, your mind, and your spirit. Throughout these 10 sessions we will address chronic pain, injuries, limited mobility, structural misalignment, scar tissue and soft tissue adhesions, compensations, and more.
